Curbside Office Check In
With guidance from the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional and local health departments, we are following all necessary guidelines and are keeping a close watch on the situation. Please be assured that we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure the health, well-being, and safety of our patients our staff and the communities we serve.
- Upon your arrival at our Springfield location, please dial 302 on the keypad by the main door located in the parking lot. Our receptionist will buzz you in or instruct you to remain in your vehicle.
- If you are instructed to remain in your vehicle our receptionist will start the check in process over the phone.
- Once we have completed the check in process, and the physician is ready to see you, we will call you on your preferred phone
- Masks are requiredfor ALL in-office appointments. If you do not have any form of a mask, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Please make sure to bring a smart phone and/or a reliable device with you to your appointment so you can access your email and/or receive text messages.
