Effective immediately, the following fees will apply:
Medical and follow-up appointments$100 no-show fee
Routine eye appointments$50 no-show fee
Dilation-reversal drops$30 self-pay fee
The dilation-reversal drop is an optional service offered after a dilated eye examination to help the pupils return to their normal size sooner. This service is generally not covered by insurance.
